Ihsan Ghani is a distinguished public servant and security expert with decades of leadership experience in policing, intelligence, and national security. As the President and CEO of House of Commons Academy, he brings unparalleled insight gained from serving as Inspector General of Police, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Director General of the National Police Bureau, National Coordinator of NACTA, and Director General of the Intelligence Bureau. His extensive expertise in law enforcement, counterterrorism, and institutional leadership provides invaluable guidance and mentorship to the next generation of civil servants.

Shad Muhammad

Shad Muhammad is a highly accomplished legal and public policy expert with extensive experience in taxation, governance, and institutional reform. He currently serves as Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Task Force on the Revamping of the Legal Wings of the FBR and as a Consultant to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Having also served as a Member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission and as Director General (Intelligence & Investigation–IR) at the FBR, he brings exceptional legal acumen, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to public service to House of Commons Academy.

Syed Kaleem Imam

Syed Kaleem Imam is a distinguished law enforcement leader, legal professional, and academic with decades of experience in policing and public administration. Having served as Inspector General of Police for both Punjab and Sindh, Inspector General of the Motorway Police, and Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Narcotics Control, he brings unparalleled expertise in security, governance, and institutional leadership. As a qualified lawyer and a teacher at the International Islamic University Islamabad, he combines practical experience with scholarly insight, making him an invaluable mentor and guide for aspiring civil servants.

Mubarak Zaib

Mubarak Zaib is a distinguished public servant and international security expert with extensive experience in counterterrorism, policing, and peace operations. Currently serving with the United Nations Department of Peace Operations in New York, he has previously held senior leadership roles as DIG Headquarters and DIG CTD in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, DG Countering Violent Extremism at NACTA, and Director of Counter Terrorism in the Intelligence Bureau. His impressive academic credentials, including an LL.M.

Dr Muhammad Iqbal

Dr. Muhammad Iqbal is a distinguished economist and tax policy expert with extensive experience in public finance and fiscal reform. He played a pivotal role in Pakistan’s budget formulation process from 2010 to 2018 and was instrumental in the design, implementation, and successful completion of the IMF programme from 2013 to 2016.
