At House of Commons Academy (HoCA), every CSS and PMS topper has a story behind their success discipline, daily hard work, and the right mentorship at the right time. Our alumni come from different cities and backgrounds, but they all trusted the process, followed expert guidance, and stayed consistent until exam day.

One of our proudest moments is the success of Ms Fatima Ameer, who secured the 17th position in the Pakistan Administrative Service in CSS 2025, a result that reflects her hard work and the strong support system she had during preparation.
In her video message, Fatima shares her personal experience preparing for CSS and how the right mentorship made a real difference. Her words carry the honesty of someone who has lived through the long nights of study, the stress of attempts, and the joy of finally seeing her name on the result list.
Every successful candidate has a different story, but they all talk about the same things: honest feedback, structured mentorship, and an environment that pushed them to perform better every day.
Personal mentorship that pointed out exact weak areas and helped fix them.
Our alumni are serving officers, mentors, and role models for the new batch joining House of Commons Academy. Many stay connected, guiding juniors and sharing practical tips that come only from real exam experience.
This growing circle of CSS and PMS officers reflects the strength of our training system and shows new students that success at HoCA isn’t an exception, it’s the result of a system built on honesty, discipline, and consistent effort.
If Fatima’s journey has inspired you, your own success story can start today. Join House of Commons Academy and take the first step towards becoming Pakistan’s next civil service officer.
