Babur has spent over a decade drafting national policy, briefing senior government officials, and running monitoring & evaluation projects for organizations like USAID, UNODC and the World Bank. He was part of the Sub-Committee that drafted Pakistan’s National Counter Extremism Policy and represented Pakistan at international CVE forums in Geneva and Abu Dhabi.
